MR.KNOW is a digital associate at Inspire Technologies GmbH (INSPIRE). INSPIRE is specialized in process automation as well as digital assistants. We support the project management of corporations and large enterprises in the digitization of processes. The suite MR.KNOW - BPM (formerly BPM inspire) has been on the market since 1996 and is constantly being developed further. INSPIRE offers through a model-based approach (BPMN 2.0) the creation of applications without programming. With digital assistants (MR.KNOW), process management can be experienced.

BPMN modeling
Process recording is almost child's play with the free process modeling in the BPMN 2.0 standard as a web designer or also in the Eclipse framework. The solution offers process maps and numerous documentation and collaboration options. A highlight is the possibility to have the system generate BPMN process models from functional descriptions. With the MR.KNOW automation, all models can then be enriched with technical details and brought to the process.

Automation
The individual business application becomes possible with MR.KNOW - Execution for intelligent process automation (iBPMS) for every department. Automation is also possible with little to no code! The model-based application creation using low and zero code technologies, the native code generator simplify the automation enormously. Every project manager can digitalize processes across the board by using PM modules, the use of AI and the modern digital assistant (MR.KNOW).

Interfaces
With our modules, we want to offer a special user experience. Therefore, the solution includes user-friendly designed interfaces for all devices up to avatars for digital assistants. We make it easy to get started and generate directly executable assistants in zero-code technology or make suggestions for the implementation of complete application interfaces thanks to rapid prototyping. Of course, we do not neglect consulting for design and ergonomics.

Monitoring
You always have an overview of your processes with Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) as well as reports, real-time analyses and individual dashboards. The BAM efficiently supports SLAs, compliance requirements and audits. Process documentation can also be generated automatically. Project managers have access to special tools such as Kanban Board, ICS, process overviews and project evaluations for optimal project management.

Process portal
The MR.KNOW process portal provides a comprehensive template for the use of your existing process applications. Benefit from templates for task lists, publishing, monitoring as well as templates for processing all input channels. The INSPIRE PLATFORM serves as a ready-to-use environment for project managers in the cloud. It is available for the implementation of process applications including web modeling, low coding, rapid application and marketplace.

Analytics
The Analytics modules optimally combine data and processes. For this purpose, Business Intelligence, BigData, Predictive, Machine Data and AI, among others, are used directly in BPMN process models. MR.KNOW - BPM can also process unstructured data in running processes. Benefit from predictions, for example, for ordering processes, for goods management or even for risk assessments and utilization controls for machines. The digital assistant (MR.KNOW) learns independently with the help of AI.
