We operate in the Facility Management and Building Operations industry in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, and are currently building a digital platform to manage the following:

  • Facility Management operations
  • Smart ticketing
  • Preventive maintenance
  • Community feedback (QR codes)
  • Asset monitoring
  • Reporting for owner associations & developers

This platform will be central to our entrance into several projects in the GCC region.

We are not looking for a fixed, inflexible out-of-the-box product, but for a modular or semi-ready platform that can be adapted. We are also open to customized solutions from an IT development company.

It should perform the following functions:

A. Core CMMS/CAFM Functions

  • Smart ticketing system
  • Automatic task assignment
  • Preventive maintenance scheduling
  • Asset register
  • Contractor performance tracking
  • Dashboards & analytics

B. Community Feedback Modules

  • QR codes linked to common areas
  • Resident complaint form
  • Auto-generated maintenance tickets

C. Dashboards

  • Admin Dashboard (full operational control)
  • Building Owner/Association Dashboard(limited view on tickets, energy, budget, and compliance)
  • Developer Dashboard (strategic overview of multiple buildings)

D. Technical Requirements

  • API integration with BMS/BIM (optional for Phase 2)
  • Multi-language (English, Arabic, Urdu, Mandarin)
  • Mobile-friendly interface
  • Cloud-based (preferred)
  • Secure data handling (important for government-linked clients)

Potential integration with:

  • Existing Accounting software
  • HR/Workforce management tools
  • Email, WhatsApp Business API
  • BMS/BIM (Phase 2)
  • IoT sensors (Phase 3)

During the initial pilot phase 8–12 internal users and 25–40 external users (building management, security, residents) are planned. Scalability is important, as we plan to expand to multiple buildings.
