As a small engineering firm in the field of environmental analysis, we are looking for customer management in conjunction with process/workflow management.
We would like to use this to map, manage, control, and summarize our small internal tasks for each project. All (pending) tasks should be clearly displayed on a dashboard.
The workflow should map all “microtasks” of a request (“phone list,” quote, order, individual sample processing steps, lab assignment, receipt of results, test report output) for processing. Report generation is currently still done using Word, Excel, or OpenOffice, but this can remain the same.
Five to nine software workstations are required.
