We are an energy supply company from southern Germany and are looking for industry-specific software to handle the supply of heat and electricity to our currently approx. 800 customers (households), including some commercial customers. We supply electricity and district heating.

The software should fulfill the following requirements, among others:

  • CRM
  • Annual invoices for district heating and electricity
    • Create
    • Send out

  • Customer data maintenance
  • Dunning process
  • Possible connection to financial accounting (solution to be procured soon)
  • Cloud solution preferred

Approximately ten software workstations are planned. We work with MS Windows systems.
