We are looking for HR software or a personnel management system for our clinic group. Due to changes at our previous software provider, we are looking for a new solution.

The software must meet the following requirements:

  • Payroll accounting
  • Digital personnel files
  • Contract and form letter creation within the software
  • Self-service functions for employees
  • Mapping of the organizational structure, including supervisor-employee relationships
  • Evaluation options across all data
  • Preferably on-premises, if SaaS, then server locations in Germany
  • Interfaces to existing software for time management, financial accounting, data warehouse

Approximately 25 software workstations are required in administration. Approximately 2,500 employees should be able to access the relevant areas as part of the self-service system.
