We are a self-managed housing project in northern Germany with almost 200 residential units and are looking for document management software with archiving capabilities.

The solution should meet the following requirements, among others:

  • Traceable archiving of processes and administration.
  • Document management.
  • Email archiving.
  • Indexing.
  • Search functions.
  • Text recognition (OCR).
  • Filing.
  • Audit-proof.

Six software workstations are planned. We work with MS Windows systems.
