Food wholesaler in the drop-shipping business seeks billing software

We are a consulting food wholesaler specializing in drop shipping, tasked with facilitating direct deliveries from producers to customers. Our primary role is to serve as a billing interface between producers and wholesale customers. We do not operate a warehouse, which means we do not need inventory management! Accounting is handled by our tax advisor.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Process incoming invoices into outgoing invoices (e-invoices)
• Approx. 200 items (kg, liters, pieces)
• One-time promotions as special line items
• Compliant with the the principles for the proper maintenance and retention of books, records, and documents in electronic form, as well as for data access
• Manage receipts (cash receipts for restaurants, gas stations, hotels, etc.),
• Allow for the entry of batch numbers and best-before dates
• DATEV interface

We are looking for software that offers exactly the functions we really need - simple, reliable, and free of unnecessary features, and easy to use.

What we DO NOT need: discounts, tiered pricing, bonuses, cash discounts, rebates, and the like. We also do not prepare quotes.

Brief process flow:

• Customer places an order by phone or email
• We forward the order to the manufacturer
• Manufacturer delivers to the wholesaler/customer
• We handle the invoicing process (incoming and outgoing invoices)

One software workstation is required; two additional workstations without write permissions may be needed.
