What is Copper CRM?

Copper CRM is a relationship-focused customer management solution designed to work seamlessly with Google Workspace. Instead of forcing teams to toggle between Gmail, Calendar and a separate database, Copper acts as an extension of existing tools. Contacts can be captured directly from web forms, scanned business cards or Gmail messages. A Chrome extension suggests new contacts as they appear in your mailbox or calendar. Copper’s AI enrichment captures telephone numbers, email addresses and social profiles automatically, so you do not have to type them manually. Custom fields and tags allow you to organise every relationship, and a real-time activity feed displays every interaction with a contact.
