We are a North German project broker and marketer in the construction sector (new-build projects) and are looking for property management software. We operate on behalf of a property developer and, following the sale of the completed residential and commercial units, we are commissioned by property owners to manage the property portfolio, which is gradually expanding. At present, there are only a few residential units, but the figure is expected to rise to around 250 in the near future – and to continue growing thereafter. This will also include around 20 commercial units, the number of which is also set to increase later on. The residential units comprise both rental flats and owner-occupied flats.
The software we are seeking should meet the following requirements:
Two software workstations are planned. The work will be carried out on macOS systems.
