Our trading company sells citrus juicers nationwide to customers in the B2B sector (e.g., restaurants, companies, public institutions) and we also supply our customers with the corresponding fruits and PET bottles (juice bottles). We are looking for suitable sales software to support our sales team.
Work process, workflow in our company
Current situation: Customers - orders - manual activities
Automatic customers - orders, goals
The goal is to be able to set up standing orders as subscriptions in the program so that the program automatically creates the delivery note on certain days of the week and, in the case of holidays, we can decide whether to deliver before or after the holiday.
And the delivery note should no longer be printed, but displayed on a device where the customer can also sign. Even if the customer does not take anything, they should still sign because of the minimum purchase requirement—so they cannot say that we did not come.
Of course, the driver should also have the option to change the quantities and items.
And then automatically send the delivery note to the customer by email (or disabled if necessary).
Of course, we should also be able to plan the routes, which customers to visit on which routes and in what order.
It should also be possible for customers to place orders via the system. (This could also be done via an online shop). It should also be possible to generate a condition checklist and photos of the device when the machines are picked up.
Invoicing
We invoice some customers immediately. (The invoice should also be generated automatically after 2 days, for example).
The program should then send the invoice automatically.
It should also be possible to split the invoice for some customers, as some of them want a 7% and 19% VAT separation.
For customers we deliver to 4-8 times a month, the program should generate a summary invoice from all delivery notes and check whether the minimum quantity has been reached. If not, fees for the machines should be charged if necessary.
We should also be able to write invoices manually ourselves.
Further requirements are:
Five software workstations are required. The system runs on MS Windows. The tablets used by field staff will likely run on Android.
