We are a technical service provider (plant service) and are looking for a new ERP system that better meets our industry-specific requirements in terms of performance.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Customer management (including, for example, which technician is assigned to which customer)
  • Invoicing
    • Quotations
    • Orders
    • Invoices
  • Warehousing
  • Asset management – customer with all assets they own and which we maintain (e.g., storage of maintenance contracts, asset history, repair reports, etc.)
  • Creation of service reports, assignment of service reports to each asset
  • Connection to mobile devices must be possible
  • Offline use
  • and other standard features

Five software workstations are planned. We work with MS Windows systems.
