We are a state-owned company in the cultural sector and are looking for software for process documentation.

The software should meet the following requirements, among others:

  • Mapping (= documentation) of processes
  • Creation of a knowledge base on process organization, also for display on the intranet, for example
  • Links to responsible persons and documents, deadlines, etc., if applicable
  • Identification of opportunities for improvement
  • Provision of an overview of processes, automatic suggestions from the system where necessary, e.g. in the event of process conflicts
  • Support for mobile devices (iOS, Android)
  • On-premises preferred (priority)

84 software workstations are planned. MS Windows systems are used.
