We are a non-profit, nationwide educational service provider based in southern Germany, and I am looking for administrative software for our events and seminars. We offer courses in the medical field in both the B2B (employee seminars for companies) and B2C (e.g., open courses for driving students) sectors.
Since joining the company, I have been working on restructuring the systems. The CRM part has been extracted into a separate CRM. Warehouse management has been extracted into a warehouse system (ERP). The personnel management areas have been extracted into HR management software. These systems are or will be interconnected by a BI system in order to be able to map more complex processes.
In our independent research, we often came across companies with 1-10 employees and large marketing departments. Since the system is essentially the heart of our business, it is extremely important to us to have future-proof software. We already have a rough list of requirements that we send to providers, but there are often significant discrepancies in the presentations.
The software should meet the following requirements, among others:
Approximately 40 software workstations are planned. MS Windows systems will be used.
