We are a recently built Catholic Church facility and are looking for new software for our newly created rooms and associated resources. The software we are looking for should manage and book 21 rooms and currently around 30 resources (projectors, presentation kits, speakers, etc.) belonging to different subgroups of 20 users.
All members from all groups have full read access to all rooms and resources and can make booking requests – however, booking a “foreign” room or a “foreign” resource requires approval by a member of the respective owner group.
Ideally, there is a distinction between internal allocation (within the 20 users), collaborations (a user group with an external partner), and external rental. For the latter two, it would also be useful to be able to enter rental conditions, contracts, and workflows for the execution of an event, and in the latter case, a booking form that can be integrated into our homepage.
Overall requirements:
Twenty software workstations are planned. MS Windows systems will be used.
