rexx HR - Time Management

All you need for rexx HR Time Management is a browser - then you can start. You do not need a terminal, nor any additional hardware (time terminals can of course also be used)! The times are recorded directly on a PC, terminal or equally mobile with the help of an Internet-enabled smartphone.

Since employees can track time bookings in the rexx HR employee portal via any PC with a browser, trust and acceptance for time management is created.

Any working time models - whether classic weekly working time, flexible hourly basis or annual accounts - can be mapped. Furthermore, the recording can be done in different ways: Real-time recording using the digital "time clock" or via a terminal, trust-based working time and self-recording via employee self-service.

Project time tracking

Optionally, project time recording can also be used, which allows the booking of working times to projects, activities or cost centers. With the help of a powerful reporting system, booked project times can be evaluated and planned.
