IT company seeks digital personnel file

We are an IT company operating in the automotive industry and are looking for software to introduce digital personnel files.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Secure and data protection-compliant authorization concept
• User-friendly interface
• Simple keyword search
• Logging function for accurate logging of the traceability of all data changes and document check-in and check-out, including editor name
• Automatic document generation
• Simple and straightforward tracking of subsequent personnel files
• Automatic text recognition
• All documents should be searchable in full text
• Interface to existing applicant management system; a personnel file should be generated automatically from applicant data
• Interface to SAP HR
• Scanning and setup should be carried out by the software provider itself if possible
• Option for employees to access their pay slips from their digital personnel file
• Employees can fulfill their documentation obligations via digital workflows
• Optional: Measures from feedback meetings with supervisors are automatically added to the personnel file and tasks are automatically generated from them
• Windows-compatible

Three to six software workstations are required for administrative tasks. Limited access by all employees is planned.
