We are a nationwide energy company and are looking for human resources management software in the areas of qualification, skill management, and reporting for our workforce and internal staff.

The software should meet the following requirements:

Data in the system

  • Qualifications must be able to be created and edited in any level of detail and form (scale) and grouped in a clear cluster; ideally, there is a predefined qualification catalog or an existing qualification catalog can be uploaded
  • Requirement (job) profiles must be able to be created and edited in any level of detail and grouped in a clear manner; ideally, existing job profiles can be uploaded
  • Additional personnel master data should be recorded (e.g., name, employee group, organizational unit, activity group, etc.) or be able to be added automatically via secure interfaces

Use and evaluation of data

  • Have a search and matching function at both the person and job level
  • Provide filter functions
  • Qualification gap analysis for current and potential positions
  • Training needs analyses
  • Access concept – a hierarchical role and authorization concept should be defined (who sees what for whom?)
  • Flexible creation of evaluations and reports (transfer to MS Excel)

Data collection and updating

  • Data collection should be digital and user-friendly, if necessary via access to the company's intranet or via ESS (Employee Self Service)
  • Data should be able to be collected by employees themselves, but also by managers or HR departments
  • Data should be able to be updated as often as required
  • Must be adaptable at any time without a lengthy commissioning process
  • SAP interface
  • On-premises or web-based
  • Support for mobile devices is not relevant

The software is to be used by approximately 8,000 users. Work is carried out in an MS Windows system landscape.
