mana HR is a cloud-based all-in-one recruitment software solution for larger SMEs in the DACH region. The platform brings the entire recruitment process together in a single system: creating job adverts, multi-posting to over 60 curated job boards, applicant tracking with a Kanban board, a careers page builder, onboarding and recruitment analytics. Designed for companies with 250 to 2,000 employees in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
mana HR is designed for two scenarios. Firstly: the company is growing, but recruitment is still managed via Excel, Outlook and shared drives. Applications are scattered across email inboxes, and reporting is done manually or not at all. mana HR replaces this setup with structured recruitment from day one.
mana HR can also be used alongside existing HR suites such as Personio, Infoniqa, rexx or SAP SuccessFactors. Data is transferred seamlessly via the open REST API. Microsoft Outlook and SSO are standard integrations.
