We are an Austrian television station and are looking for a CRM, preferably cloud-based.
The software must meet the following requirements:
- Classic database functions:
- Simple (contact) data entry (handling to be defined)
- Customer categorization (based on various parameters: sales, customer loyalty, potential, etc.)
- Multiple customer advisors for one customer
- Automatic logging of sales activities, centralization of customer communication
- Interface to relevant programs:
- Link to Outlook (export relevant emails with attachments without MB restrictions and appointments to CRM at the touch of a button)
- Interface with Mydas (campaign management) is essential: always have the customer's daily sales figures (gross or net) at your fingertips (possibly with comparison to previous year) --> different sales pools and country classification must be available
- Ideally, link to AdVision and Focus: integration of industry data
- Sales functions:
- Distribution list management or automated lists for mailings, invitations, etc. according to a wide range of parameters and invitation monitoring
- Clear dashboard that can be customized to individual needs if necessary --> Subdivision into individual sales pools is essential, gross and net values, agency links, additional Mydas fields
- Reminder function: automated follow-up
- Tracking of sales performance and target achievement
- Sales activities: frequency of phone calls, appointments, offers
- Display of purchase history according to current order types or channels
Approximately 30 software workstations are required.
