I run a small theater and am looking for address software (database, management) for communicating with and serving my customers. We sometimes send out as many as 2,000 emails at a time.

The software should meet the following requirements, among others:

  • Individual and serial emails to customers
  • Address output for letters (serial and individual)
  • Creation of extracts to address specific groups
  • Search function based on various criteria (company, name, city, street, etc.)
  • Output of extracts in various formats (.xls, .doc, .docx, etc.)
  • Lean solution
  • Local installation

One software workstation is planned. The system used is MS Windows.
