As a car dealer, I am looking for software for the car trade (industry solution). I mainly deal in used cars (second-hand), but also sell a small number of new cars.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Customer management
  • Vehicle trade (inventory management)
  • Process management (from invoicing to correction documents)
  • Cash book GoBD-compliant
  • Open items with dunning process
  • Employee management with assignment of rights
  • Document management per customer or per vehicle
  • DATEV interface
  • Customized purchase contracts can be created for sales to private individuals, sales to dealers, sales to EU dealers with UID, or sales to third countries without VAT.
  • Vehicles with differential taxation
  • Print function for price tags with or without financing
  • If desired, the invoice for the sold vehicle is automatically created when the purchase contract is created
  • Purchase contract
  • Invoice creation with standard taxation or differential taxation
  • Net invoice creation for EU customers with UID number or third countries
  • Data transfer to the tax advisor via DATEV interface
  • Print list of current vehicles
  • Print list of vehicles purchased in a specific period
  • Print list of vehicles sold in a specific period
  • Do sold vehicles remain in the system?
  • Purchase solution

One software workstation is planned. The system runs on MS Windows.
