Steel construction company seeks archiving software (e-file)

We are a medium-sized steel construction company and are looking for archiving software (e-file). It should not be used to create vacation requests, etc.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Archiving of personnel records in accordance with the principles for the proper maintenance and retention of books, records, and documents in electronic form, as well as for data access and auditing, in compliance with the requirements of the German Pension Insurance
• Clear listing of documents and folder structure
• Search function
• Reminder function

Two software workstations are required. We use Windows, and the software should be accessible on the local network.
