Organic food retailer seeks CTI add-on software

We serve the wholesale market (B2B) with organic food and are looking for add-on software for CTI for our business. We need a compatible extension solution for our existing Business Central software. Most of our employees work from home. We use a cloud-based telephone system.

The software extension should meet the following requirements:

• Be able to make calls via MS Dynamics 365 Business Central (preferably with call history) - preferably use CTI via our Business Central
• Suitable for home office use
• Compatible with MS Windows and Android
• We also need a telephone system (VoIP) that is compatible with the corresponding extension (CTI)

Five to ten software workstations are required. We work with MS Windows systems and mobile telephony (Android).
