Online retail software with production features wanted

We are a pocket bike dealer that sells specific two-wheelers and accessories for them internationally. What makes us special is that we assemble a scooter from approximately 350 individual and multiple parts from our warehouse stock. The software should know whether this vehicle can be built with the available parts and also allow us to query how many can be built. When asked how many can be built, it should then show the parts that are not in stock and are in short supply. However, there are only a few variations of the scooter that can be built.

Therefore, we are looking for something like a business solution (ERP/merchandise management) that is online-based without too many functions. For example, we do not need personnel management or financial accounting.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Synchronize and update stock levels between the company's own shop and sales platforms (eBay and Amazon)

• Allocation of transport costs and shipping costs to the imported goods

• To accommodate international trade, different VAT rates must also be supported.

One software workstation is planned. The system used is MS Windows.
