Building cleaner seeks industry solution

I am looking for a new industry solution for my medium-sized building cleaning company. We work regionally and our company offers services such as maintenance and stairwell cleaning, special cleaning, basic cleaning, and window cleaning.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Invoicing (e-invoices)
• Dunning
• Scheduling for one-time and recurring jobs
• Manage customer data
• Manage properties
• Employee data and time tracking for payroll preparation (it is not necessary for each cleaner to track their working hours; we would like to cover this via resource planning)
• Data export or migration from existing solution
• Suitable for home office
• On-premises or cloud

Three to four software workstations are planned. We work with MS Windows systems.
