We are an accounting firm with tax consulting services and are looking for a program that bundles and structures the entire office workflow, from incoming emails (including various documents) to employee time tracking, document filing, project management including employee hours, and project billing.
The software should enable order management and allow us to process payroll accounting, pay slips, registrations and deregistrations, advance VAT returns, and annual or quarterly accounting. Template management and calculation functions would also be helpful.
We need the software for our customers, but also for internal purposes.
We plan to have 10-15 software workstations. We work with MS Windows systems.
