Association seeks organizational and administrative software

We are an association in the environmental sector and are looking for organizational and administrative software.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Address management with interrelationships (federal association – state association – working groups at federal and state level)
• Members with contact persons (some from our own companies) at different locations
• Spatial assignment to groups, also only for current spatial topics
• Communication history with individuals or companies
• Newsletter, possibly with a link to the website
• Event planning with registration pages
• Schedule
• Membership fee invoicing – with calculation of fees according to certain criteria
• Transfer to financial accounting – ideally integrated, possibly also external
• Document management
• Email - archiving (paperless office)
• Good rights assignment
• Data storage Cloud or own server, if possible also usable offline
• Ready for larger networking with similar organizations
• Scalable

Approximately 10 software workstations are planned for the start and a maximum of 100 in the final stage. Work is carried out using MS Windows systems.
