FLINTEC IT - time recording via GPS positioning system is the perfect business solution for outdoor areas. It enables the recording of personnel and order time and location, the identification of the vehicle via GPS device (IMEI), the identification of the employee via NFC key fob or NFC security sticker and the booking via NFC key fob or NFC security sticker. All your field staff have to do is connect the GPS device to an NFC reader and plug it into the vehicle's battery or cigarette lighter. Several employees can identify themselves at a single recording device with the respective NFC key fobs or NFC security stickers and carry out the booking, i.e. select the booking types Coming or Leaving. Mobile time recording via GPS device can be easily combined with time recording via telephone and mobile time recording via app.

The program can be configured individually for each customer and can, for example, specify booking restrictions such as location restrictions, require authentication by PIN or offer dynamic multilingualism.
