Innosoft offers various options for using the mobile service management worldwide both online and offline: via internet browser, via notebook / netbook or tablet PC / smartphone. The mobile field service is available to the sales or service employee for entering quotations and reports or for the feedback of order data.

The program allows to record and calculate the accrued hours, spare parts and expenses of each resource. Overtime regulations can be stored, which are used to automatically determine personnel costs based on the entered working hours. Of course, additional costs, such as expenses and accommodation costs, can be recorded with the tool. It is also possible to manage project statuses, material data, parts statuses or assembly reports.

Data Transfer:

The job data can be transferred from Innosoft Shift Planning or Innosoft Customer Management, e.g. via modem coupling, or entered directly into the notebook on site. To assess the progress of assignments or projects, the degree of completion and the required hours are displayed.

Reporting and Incident Analysis:

Installer reports reflect the quality status of the machines delivered. Used correctly, they form the basis for the further development of the products or the basis for sales discussions. Standardized forms avoid individual report design by the technician and guarantee the completeness of the required data through predefined mandatory fields. The reports intended for the customer can be printed out on site and signed by the customer. The internal service reports are assigned to the machine history in customer management.


The sales or service employee can enter the requirements directly at the customer's site, create the quotation and print it out. After the visit, the quotation data is transferred to the central quotation system.


Processes can be created both in Innosoft Customer Management and directly in the mobile field service program. The created processes are forwarded to the responsible employee for further processing via a defined workflow.
