Online business has developed rapidly and having your own online store or just selling on a sales platform is no longer enough. In addition to the classic Amazon, there are now many new marketplaces such as Otto, XXXLutz, Home24, Kaufland and Hornbach, to name just a few. These have established themselves and gained large market shares. It is therefore essential to be able to offer your goods on as many channels as possible. Without an interface, however, manual listing for several platforms is so time-consuming that it is no longer viable in principle.

Why C/3 eCommerce Management?

C/3 eCommerce Management is the solution to this problem - regardless of whether you use C/3 ERP, Microsoft Business Central, NAV or another ERP system: C/3 eCommerce Management includes product information management that stores all product details in a centralized way. In practice, however, the marketplaces all want the data slightly differently, e.g. one allows more characters than the other, one maintains different filter criteria and much more. Our platform modules are aware of these particularities and take them into account when creating new listings based on rules. Of course, we are happy to individualize these rules for each platform and each product feature according to your specifications for the best marketplace success.

This approach means that the data only needs to be maintained centrally once: After that, the listing is only duplicated on other platforms. Thanks to the clever rule creation, post-processing is no longer necessary and the item can be uploaded to the platform directly from C/3 eCommerce Management without having to log in to the individual portals. Once the initial data maintenance has been completed, you only need a marginal amount of time for each additional platform, making you more efficient in terms of time with each additional platform. It goes without saying that we then also retrieve the orders from the marketplaces into your ERP system and transmit the required tracking IDs and invoices back on an order-related basis. This is how we imagine multi-channel sales!

Industry-independent or with industry specialization

Thanks to its connectivity to various ERP systems, C/3 eCommerce Management can be used regardless of the product. In conjunction with our industry software C/3 ERP, it enables particularly simple product information management for products with many variants such as carpets, textiles, home textiles, floor coverings etc..
