We are a welfare organization and are looking for software to manage household-related services (relief allowance, care level 1).

We have the following requirements for the software:

  • Recording various data (e.g., customers, breaks, vehicles, etc.)
  • Personnel planner
  • Work schedules or duty roster design
  • Absences
  • Invoicing
  • Car planner
  • Overtime/reduced working hours
  • Preferably linked to mobile phones so that employees can be informed of changes directly

Two to three software workstations are required in the administration department. If an app for time recording is linked to the new software, 10-15 workstations for mobile devices would be added.
