We are active in the waste disposal and recycling industry and are looking for software that will enable us to administer and manage training, instruction, and continuing education for our internal employees.

The software must meet the following requirements:

  • Employees can register for training courses themselves and complete online learning videos on data protection, etc.
  • Administrators (one person per location) can view employees at their location, create training courses, and register employees for courses.
  • Training history can be viewed.
  • Certificate function
  • Reminder emails for booked training courses, reminders to book or complete a seminar when refresher training is due
  • Reporting function
  • Flexible authorization and role concept
  • Room planning can be integrated
  • Learning management system with existing online training courses and e-learning area also welcome
  • Subdivision of the training area according to different organizational units, locations, clients
  • Data import of personnel master data via CSV Excel file
  • SaaS solution preferred

Approximately 40 software workstations are required for administrators, i.e., one per location. Approximately 2,400 employees should have (limited) access to the software.
