Waste disposal company seeks industry solution

We are a waste disposal company and are looking for an industry-specific business solution for our container service. The software should provide us with significant support in digitization in order to minimize paperwork - ideally even eliminate it altogether. We dispose of scrap metal, bulky waste, sewage sludge, and construction waste, among other things. Our fleet consists of three trucks (two with skip containers and one with roll-off containers).

The software should meet the following requirements, among others:

• Container management, overview of available containers
• Order acceptance
• Dispatching
• Automatic transfer of data to delivery notes and invoices
• Driver app, support for mobile devices (Android)
• Creation of disposal certificates, electronic waste disposal procedure
• Extension for scales
• Web-based
• A subscription service is preferred so that the software is always up to date.

Two to three software workstations are planned. The work will be carried out on MS Windows systems without a server.
