Trading company seeks merchandise management

I am looking for an inventory management system for my trading company. I operate a foreign trade business dealing in tools and, to a lesser extent, machine tools and spare parts for the metalworking industry. I also operate a very small warehouse (chaotic warehouse management), where I pick the goods, which are then picked up by shipping companies or parcel service providers and delivered or exported to my customers (exclusively B2B).

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Import articles into material master (from supplier price lists, customer enquiries)
• Generate orders from multiple quotations; some orders are to be treated as projects
• Pro forma invoices (advance payment)
• Generate invoices and delivery notes from multiple orders (collective invoices)
• Purchasing
• Templates
• To-do list, tasks via email
• Generate receipts for partial deliveries
• Monitor status of remaining deliveries
• Modular structure is nice
• A standard program would be desirable
• Customs clearance (core business is third countries)
• German and English are must-haves, Russian is nice to have
• On premises or cloud

One to three software workstations are planned. Work is done with an MS Windows system.
