Swiss architecture and engineering firm (planning office) seeks all-in-one or industry-specific solution

We are looking for industry-specific or all-in-one software for architects and engineers or a planning office. It should be cloud-based software that covers the following areas and requirements and displays everything in a user-friendly dashboard overview:

• Address management or CRM
• with integrations or links to social service providers and institutions
• Post, scan, and document management with visa tracking
• with various processes such as vacation requests, onboarding, and offboarding with visa approval workflow
• Personnel and payroll accounting
• Financial and project accounting
• Time tracking tool with cost centers
• Linked to e-banking, payment runs with visa approval
• Liquidity check and preview
• Balance sheet and financial statements
• Budget planning
• Quotation and tracking
• Project controlling, performance status, billing, accounts receivable, etc.
• OP list, tracking, and dunning process
• Capacity planning and forecasts
• Dashboard
• Authorization-enabled (rights and user management for individual users)
• User-friendly
• Compliant with Swiss law (e.g., statutory value added tax)
• Open source, integration with other software possible, e.g. MS Office - MS Outlook, MS Teams, task management tools
• Cloud-based

Approximately 15 software workstations are planned. Approximately 3 employees should have full access and all rights - all other approximately 12 employees should have restricted rights (primarily project-related).
