We are a municipal IT institution in southern Germany and are looking for a document management system (DMS) including workflow functions.

The software should meet the following requirements, among others:

  • Electronic processing of transactions and documents
  • Mapping of processes up to the automation of administrative processes in the workflow
  • Use of electronic signatures
  • Web-based is preferred

The first step involves approximately 40 software workstations. In the next stage, approximately 900 software workstations are to be added. Work is carried out in an MS Windows system landscape.
