Public administration seeks administrative and organizational software

We are a public administrative body for nature conservation and environmental protection. We are looking for a tailored solution for the administration and organization of our daily work, using all the resources available to us.

This is an initial search request. A public tender procedure will then take place. Any subsequent services must be in line with our respective budget.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Inventory management including schedule management, e.g., inspection dates for fire extinguishers
• Assignment of clothing and equipment to each employee
• Contract management (e.g., rentals, cell phone contracts)
• Optional document management system
• Procurement, e.g., framework agreements, order processing
• Appointment reminder functions, e.g., maintenance and disposal of life jackets, vehicle inspection appointments
• Fast product introduction and legacy data transfer (from MS Excel)
• On-premises or cloud solution

Approximately 10 software workstations are planned. The system will run on MS Windows.
