Forestry company seeks management software (industry-specific)

We are a forestry company based in southern Germany and provide forestry services to forest owners. We are looking for suitable administration software to handle all our business transactions. As a contract service provider, we mainly serve public clients (e.g., because we work in a state forest). We have our own fleet of vehicles and machinery (e.g., clearing equipment, harvesters, trailers for transporting debarked tree trunks).

The solution should meet the following requirements, among others:

• Customer master data (optional)
• Article management
• Order processing (awarded via tender!)
• Invoice creation (including for fixed volumes)
• Supplier master data (optional)
• Document archiving
• If necessary, it should be possible (at a later date) to access the office computer from a laptop or to transfer data.
• The data should be stored on our own computer.

One or two software workstations are planned. We work with MS Windows.
