We are a global energy company and are looking for a document management system (DMS). We need this system for energy trading.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Deadline management (automatic reminder function)
  • Contract management
  • Easy document search, clause search, i.e., good content-related search function, mainly in PDF documents
  • Workflow-compatible, as the documents pass through several departments
  • Support for digital signatures
  • Audit-proof
  • Storage of emails
  • Support for MS Outlook, MS Word, PDFs
  • Option to set documents to “confidential” (assignment of rights)
  • Language – in addition to German, at least English
  • Web-based, as global access is required

Approximately 250 software workstations are planned. Work will be carried out in an MS Windows system environment.
