We are a diabetes clinic and are looking for software to help us manage patient training - primarily booking and confirming training sessions.
There are ten types of training. Each type of training comprises four to six sessions, after which the training is complete. The training sessions are conducted by three consultants. A maximum of three rooms are available for training.
A maximum of eight participants can take part in a training session. Training participants should receive a confirmation of participation either printed out or by email. A contract must (ideally) be signed digitally at the beginning. It should be possible to reschedule appointments for individual participants and training sessions. Each training session has a value in euros, which should be recorded, even though the patient does not pay for it. Each training session also has a number (like an item number). The respective consultant (instructor) is always assigned to the training session and can also see who is participating. The training dates are set in advance for the respective quarters at specific times.
Common seminar management solutions are too extensive for us. However, it may be possible to adapt one of these solutions for our purposes in a reduced form.
Two to five software workstations are required. The software can run on a Microsoft server or be web-based.
