VBASE HMI / SCADA - Process Visualization and Control System

VBASE is an industry-independent and extremely flexible process visualization and control system. The application possibilities of the solution are almost unlimited. VBASE can be used wherever processes are visualized and data is collected. It serves as a central point for all automation projects and can also make existing plants fit for Industry 4.0.

VBASE draws on an extensive driver pool and thus communicates with all common protocols, fieldbuses and remote systems. VBASE supports approx. 200 different systems.

The VBASE Editor offers a uniform and consistent development environment. This supports you in the visualization and control of complex systems as well as in simple HMI tasks.

• Beginner and user-friendly interface with helpful wizards for image and project creation and presets with pre-assigned couplings to remote systems. Including layer technique, graphic editor, symbol library and drag&drop support.

Within VBASE all process data is exchanged via variables of the VBASE data field (VDF).The VDF manages up to 2 billion process variables.

VBASE includes a flexible database interface that can be configured menu-driven. This can be used across modules. For example, the Recipe, Message System, Log and Logging modules can be linked. Line recorder and scale are available for the graphical preparation of data.
