We are a globally operating automotive supplier based in southern Germany and manufacture technical automotive components and assemblies in series. We are looking for software for production data acquisition for the automotive sector.
We have multi-stage processes and would like to record the quantity produced plus rejects according to error codes for each work step. In addition to production output, downtime should also be recorded to the minute and documented with the reason. Since the processes vary greatly, manual entry by the operator will probably be the only practical solution.
The entries should also be exportable to MS Office (Excel, optionally Access). An interface to abas ERP would be advantageous.
Approximately 60 workstations are required. Work is carried out in an MS Windows system environment.
