PSIpenta is THE software for optimal mapping, planning and control of manufacturing and business processes. PSIpenta has a modular structure and the following modules can be suitably combined with the ERP core depending on the requirements of the company.
The PSIpenta ERP core is composed of functionalities for procurement, inventory management, engineering (incl. exotic handling, parts lists and change management), costing, scheduling, PPS with synchronizable rough and detailed planning, multisite, sales and workflow and thus maps the central processes of order management in manufacturing companies.
Even in the standard version, the production situation is mapped in real time, which contributes to reliable delivery dates. Precise quotations can be created quickly via costing and price determination using price lists. The functions for materials management take into account the early coverage of requirements as well as reduced inventories. The functionalities for procurement include framework agreements, the extended workbench and automated order proposals. The software solution also includes configurable multi-plant control (Multisite), which enables simple control of cross-site processes. Extensive workflow functions are also mapped so that even more extensive processes can be automated.
Due to the connection of the MES with the ERP, an optimized cooperation between production planning and control is given. PSIpenta offers an integrated standard software with an individually configurable portfolio for the optimal mapping of the complete horizontal and vertical processes of a manufacturing company.
