With the Sphinx tool you can easily create professional online surveys: Define your questions online - all common question types can be mapped: closed simple questions, satisfaction scales, closed multiple questions, question groups, questions by drag & drop, open questions and many more question types. Design the online questionnaire as you wish by inserting your logo or other images, choose the font and colour, add text. Of course, you can integrate any filter guides into your online survey, display questions or pages in random order so that the respondents fill out the online questionnaire intuitively and interactively. Sphinx also provides an e-mailing tool so that you can distribute and control your online survey - anonymously if you wish. During the survey you can always check the progress by looking at response rates, carrying out follow-up actions. Reports you've created through our dashboard tool update in real-time with each saved response.

The online surveys can be hosted on one of our servers. These servers are located in the EU, of course all GDPR requirements are met. If you have any questions about data protection from online surveys, you are welcome to contact us or our data protection officer. Alternatively, you can set up your own server and install our SphinxONline Manager on it so that the online survey is carried out via your server.
