We are a southern German seminar provider in adult education in the healthcare sector and are looking for a solution to digitize seminar feedback for our educational events. We have an average of approximately 5,000 seminar participants per year. The average number of feedback forms collected annually is effectively 1:1. Until now, the feedback forms have been evaluated manually using MS Excel, and even then only occasionally. We want to change this by digitizing the process so that evaluations can be carried out more accurately, more quickly, and more frequently.
The solution should meet the following requirements:
It is entirely possible that we will aim for complete seminar management right away. However, the primary focus should be on the feedback functions. If necessary, could this be achieved with a basic module plus a feedback module or an upgradeable lean solution?
Four to ten software workstations are planned.
