What is Simago® Personnel Resource Planning?

Simago® workforce scheduling allows you to plan your employees and shifts easily and conveniently. The target strengths in the shifts, required qualifications, current balances and planned absences are directly taken into account during planning.

In addition to the scheduling of shifts, Simago® personnel resource planning also offers the option of scheduling shifts on a daily and time-specific basis and also viewing the development of balances, overtime and wage accounts, rotating shifts, weekend shifts and more directly in the planning - and this is immediately calculated live.

Simago® also supports you in the administration of employee master data, daily models, work schedules and evaluation of personnel assignments - also with target/actual comparisons and, in addition to time management, also offers Employee Self Service, with which your employees can use workflows, e.g. for vacations or business trips.
