Full-service provider seeks personnel planning software

We are a full-service provider and are looking for software – personnel planning, personnel deployment, duty/shift planning – for our property management services at eight locations in Germany.

The software we are looking for should meet the following requirements:

• Planning of a maximum of three shifts per property
• Maximum of 10 properties (currently 8 properties)
• Multi-client capable, i.e. further calculation of hours possible internally (in principle, like personnel provision)
• No cloud
• No subscription model, but a purchase solution (proprietary software)
• Simple solution, user-friendly
• Lean solution

One software workstation is planned. The system used is MS Windows 11.
