Industrial company seeks personnel deployment planning

We are an industrial company based in southern Germany and are looking for a personnel resource planning system for our production at up to seven locations.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Automatic generation of personnel resource planning for the production of customer orders, so that time-consuming and manual procedures can be eliminated or minimized
• SAP-compatible: interfaces to personnel data, vacation planning, sales, production planning
• Multilingual, as it will ideally also be used in foreign plants
• May be web-based if the server is located in Germany
• Good support
• References

The software will be used to plan the deployment of 1,000 to 5,000 employees. Each location will likely have 5-10 employees involved in creating and managing the deployment plans.
