What is Simago® Visitor Management?

Simago® Visitor Management is a browser-based tool that makes visitor management much simpler and more efficient. Use Simago® Visitor Management to manage your visitors, but also for external employees and for managing delivery traffic.

The high usability of the software allows you to quickly record visitors, register them, issue house rules and any instructions. Have the handover confirmed, take photos and keep track of who is on your premises at all times with the help of Simago® visitor management.

Simago's modular visitor management system can easily be expanded to include additional functionalities such as linking to access control or a room booking system.

Visitor management features:

  • Workflow for visitor registration / pre-registration
  • Registration of a visitor, external employee, car or truck
  • Sending invitations by e-mail with attachments (pdf) e.g. instructions, directions, invitation letter with barcode
  • Overview of all current visitors
  • Sending a calendar entry, e.g. for Outlook
  • Connection of a self-service terminal for independent registration by visitors
  • Taking a photo
  • Issue of one-day and multi-day passes possible (e.g. seminars)
  • Badge printing and, if necessary, coding of visitor badges
  • Badges with or without additional functions (locker, payment .)
  • Comparison against compliance/door file or house ban list
  • Master data management for visitor badges, visitors, companies, external companies, contact persons
  • Entry of free remarks
  • Registration of mobile devices
  • Use of all data at all authorized gates
  • Registration at the gate with time stamp and data of the visitor
  • Laptop registration
  • Gate replacement function (e.g. for temporarily manned gates)
  • Message generation in the event of a visit timeout or unreturned badges
  • Visit history per visitor and company
  • Statistical evaluations
  • Assignment of access rights of the access control system and automatic release
  • User administration with password protection (read/write rights, all forms/actions can be switched off individually, selection of employee groups)
  • Check-in and check-out
  • Logging of all events and all entries/exits including rejected attempts and alarm messages in the logbook
  • Runs on all common Windows platforms and LINUX
  • SQL databases (e.g. MySQL, MS-SQL®)

The software modules also include a self-service terminal with which visitors can log in independently.
