What is Simago® Visitor Management?
Simago® Visitor Management is a browser-based tool that makes visitor management much simpler and more efficient. Use Simago® Visitor Management to manage your visitors, but also for external employees and for managing delivery traffic.
The high usability of the software allows you to quickly record visitors, register them, issue house rules and any instructions. Have the handover confirmed, take photos and keep track of who is on your premises at all times with the help of Simago® visitor management.
Simago's modular visitor management system can easily be expanded to include additional functionalities such as linking to access control or a room booking system.

- Workflow for visitor registration / pre-registration
- Registration of a visitor, external employee, car or truck
- Sending invitations by e-mail with attachments (pdf) e.g. instructions, directions, invitation letter with barcode
- Overview of all current visitors
- Sending a calendar entry, e.g. for Outlook
- Connection of a self-service terminal for independent registration by visitors

- Issue of one-day and multi-day passes possible (e.g. seminars)
