With the powerful content management system PANSITE from Panvision, you optimize the process of online information delivery and support the efficient realization of ambitious web presences. PANSITE enables even large teams of editors and authors to maintain complex websites or intranets simultaneously and decentrally - without any programming knowledge: Using "Browse & Edit", editors navigate to the part of the website they want to edit and edit the content with just a few clicks.
With PANSITE, personalized websites and intranets can be created. Access permissions can be assigned to existing groups from the Active Directory or the PANSITE internal user management. Numerous modules enable the creation of an employee platform that integrates all possibilities of collaboration and social interaction.
PANSITE offers a release workflow that makes it possible to publish created content through the "4 eyes principle" only after release by an authorized person. This person is notified by the system about the release request and can either check and release the content directly or have it published at any time using intelligent release routines.

To support editors in the localization of multilingual web presences, PANSITE offers extensive tools: Pages and elements of pages can be easily translated into different languages - both manually by PANSITE users and automated by external agencies. By exporting all necessary content in an XML interface developed for TMS (Translation Memory System; such as Trados or Across), the translation process for entire websites can be carried out in just a few steps.
With the help of a differentiated role concept, user roles can be adopted for individual users or entire groups and flexibly adapted as needed. In this way, it can be individually determined in PANSITE which user (editor, administrator, different locations, etc.) may see and edit which content and which tools are available to them for this purpose.
After installation on a server (hosting can also be provided by Panvision), PANSITE is immediately available to all workstations as a web application. Thanks to the multi-client capability, any number of PANSITE projects can be managed with just one installation. All contents of individual clients are stored in independent databases.
